  • $100 Slaughter Charge for each beef + $1.05/lb on the carcass weight for whole and half + Tax.

  • Ground Beef Packages offered in 1.25lb, 1.5lb, and 2lb packages.

UPCHARGES FOR BEEF

  • Kill (+1,000lbs) $120.00/head.

  • $1.00/lb on the carcass weight for 1lb packages or 1 steak per pack.

  • $1.15/lb on the carcass weight for a quarter.

  • Ground Beef Patties $1.50/lb (Minimum 50lbs)

  • High Country, Italian, Hot Italian, Hot, Green Chile X Sausage, Green Chile XX Sausage, and Chorizo.

UPCHARGES FOR PORK

  • Kill (Large Carcass) $90/head.

  • $20 for each Bacon and Ham, $10 for each Fresh Side (Sliced), $1.25/lb Green Chile X Sausage, $1.75/lb Green Chile XX Sausage, $2/lb Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2.50/lb Green Chile Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2/lb High Country Links, and $2.50/lb Green Chile Links.

    We will no longer be providing sacks due to our transition from paper wrapping to vacuum packaging. You are more than welcome to bring your own boxes or coolers.

FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR CUSTOM PROCESSING: CASH, CHECK, OR CARD. FOR CUSTOM PROCESSING THERE IS A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE ON CARDS. FOR PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE THERE IS A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE + $3.00.
