- $120 Slaughter Charge for each beef + $1.15/lb on the carcass weight for whole and half + Tax. 
- Ground Beef Packages offered in 1lb, 1.5lb, and 2lb packages. 
UPCHARGES FOR BEEF
- Kill (+1,000lbs) $120.00/head. 
- $1.00/lb on the carcass weight for 1lb packages or 1 steak per pack. 
- $1.25/lb on the carcass weight for a quarter. 
- Ground Beef Patties $1.50/lb (Minimum 50lbs)

CURED BACONS AND HAMS
PORK
- $90 Slaughter Charge for each hog + $1.15/lb on the carcass weight for whole and half + Tax. 
TYPES OF SAUSAGE
- High Country, Italian, Hot Italian, Hot, Green Chile X Sausage, Green Chile XX Sausage, and Chorizo. 
UPCHARGES FOR PORK
- Kill (Large Carcass- If beef hook is needed) $100/head. 
- $20 for each Bacon and Ham, $10 for each Fresh Side (Sliced), $0.75/lb for sausage with seasoning only, $1.25/lb Green Chile X Sausage, $1.75/lb Green Chile XX Sausage, $2/lb Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2.50/lb Green Chile Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2/lb High Country Links, and $2.50/lb Green Chile Links.

- $6.00/Box (Upon request for meat to be boxed) - We will no longer be providing sacks due to our transition from paper wrapping to vacuum packaging. You are more than welcome to bring your own boxes or coolers.
