  • Ground Beef Patties $1.50/lb (Minimum 50lbs)

HOG

  • Kill: $95/Head (regular carcass)

  • Processing: $1.25/lb on the carcass weight (Co-Packer Label Only)

UPCHARGES FOR HOG

  • Kill: $100/Head (large carcass)

  • $20 for each Bacon and Ham, $10 for each Fresh Side (Sliced), $1.25/lb Green Chile X Sausage, $1.75/lb Green Chile XX Sausage, $2/lb Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2.50/lb Green Chile Bratwurst (Minimum 25lbs), $2/lb High Country Links (Minimum 25lbs), and $2.50/lb Green Chile Links (Minimum 25lbs).
